What data we process

This website has no forms that store personal data. Availability and booking requests are made via WhatsApp or phone: in that case we process the data you give us (name, contact details, dates and number of guests) to reply and organise your stay.

During your stay we also process the data required by law for accommodation providers, such as reporting guests' identity details to the public security authority.

Legal basis and retention

Processing is necessary to answer your requests and provide your stay (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Data is kept for as long as needed for these purposes and for the periods required by law.

Third-party services

WhatsApp (Meta): if you contact us on WhatsApp, the message is also processed by Meta under its own privacy policy.

Google Maps: the map in the Location section is provided by Google, which may collect technical data and set cookies when it loads, under its own privacy policy.

Cloudflare: the website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical browsing data (such as your IP address) to deliver the service and protect it from abuse.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies of its own, nor analytics or profiling tools.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data, or object to its processing (Arts. 15–22 GDPR), at any time by contacting us as above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
